Both lovable and frustrating

Comfortable beds! Friendly staff at reception helped with queries. Room size was decent and cleaned daily, adding a refreshing touch to our stay.

The pool required extra fees for use, which felt unfair given the 4-star rating. air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, making sleep difficult.

A few concerns cropped up, like the unreliable shuttle service to the nearest metro station. Too often, the pool, which had an extra fee , wasn’t accessible due to capacity issues. Breakfast options lacked variety, mainly focusing on eggs and sausages, and personal coffee-making facilities were absent in the rooms, which could be a letdown for early risers. The city tax felt like an unwelcome surprise for those on a budget, and the distant location makes late-night outings less appealing unless you're up for a longer trek to find decent dining.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the view from the 4th floor was simply stunning. I even discovered a charming little market just around the corner that had everything we needed for snacks.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable considering the amenities and the overall experience.

the capannelle had a nice out of town location, and we enjoyed our upgrade to a suite with a balcony. the staff were friendly, especially flavia at the reception, who made our stay more enjoyable.
